TERRIBLE….. so mismanaged and under staffed… don’t even bother you’ll be there all day

Signed my son up online 30min prior to arriving. Upon arrival- it was a 0min wait. There was another 30min wait before moving on to the next person on the waitlist. If the wait online said it would be 1hr wait, I wouldn’t have rushed to get there nor would I have waited to get my sons haircut. Crappy service and a waste of time.

This place rocks! The ambience is excellent. The MVP service is beyond compare. The stylists are superb. Sport Clips delivers so much more, from the convenience of online check in, to the excellent cut, the heated face towel, the shoulder and neck massage! Tonight I had the pleasure of being styled by Amber G. and I shall ask for her in the future. In my humble opinion, there simply is no better place to go for a haircut.
