TERRIBLE….. so mismanaged and under staffed… don’t even bother you’ll be there all day

Signed my son up online 30min prior to arriving. Upon arrival- it was a 0min wait. There was another 30min wait before moving on to the next person on the waitlist. If the wait online said it would be 1hr wait, I wouldn’t have rushed to get there nor would I have waited to get my sons haircut. Crappy service and a waste of time.

I am currently sitting waiting for s haircut. When I walked in a was next up. No one was even in the place. Yet here I sit with s 18 minute wait. I would leave but it is not worth it. Probably the last time I go here
